Can I still reject my caravan it was brought in December 22 but returned the same month for a paint issue came back with a slight blue haze but was ok ISH moved along to December 24 and the paint looks really bad told the dealer after some to and fro they took it back to fix in February after they asked for it to be delivered and after some more trying to get out of paying it went in
July for paint a week later was told there was a problem and it needed doing again so now we are in August and it is meant to be ready but there is over spray on the window rubber and it needs a small bit of tcut near the front handle now due to time and no truth in the dealer do we collect or reject
Many thanks

I suggest you also contact the club's legal team for advice. It’s part of the membership package.

Personally, for what its worth, I don't think rejecting it for a cosmetic reason will be enough to get a full refund. But as @Tinwheeler has said it would be best, and free, to speak to the legal department at the club. Their number is 01275 378728.
You may find that negotiating a partial refund from the dealer if they still can't fix it is the solution, especially as you seem to have lived with the problem for 2 years but I'm no expert so seek expert advice.
