Memebership Card on App
Following a reminder from CAMC that my membership expires on the 31st August 2025 I paid my renewal yesterday the 18th August. Since then I have not been able to see either my current unexpired membership card on my renewed one on the CAMC App.
What have I done wrong ?

@bill there have been quite a few posts about this (some in the last month) and for some strange reason the card is not showing for some including me.
It's been reported many times and the advice is is logout and log back in, or re-installing the app. This works for a while for me but then the card is a not available again.
As a work around just use your phone and browser to display your card using the club's main website and your card is there once logged in in the My profile section. Also you could also ask for a physical card to be sent out (apologies if you already knew that).
I'm not defending the app or club at all, the app is not working properly for some but that's just the way it at the moment.

Like Cornersteady I have lost the cards from the app on my phone, cancelled and reinstalled it and once again the cards have disappeared. As suggested by @SteveL I too have them now loaded into the Wallet on my phone, where they are easily accessed.
