Buccaneer water supply problem

I have a 2007 buccaneer schooner. The internal water supply works fine and the external pump empties the aquaroll into the main tank with no problems but when I set it to use the external water roll only the pump doesn’t work. I believe I set the switch to the centre for external water only. Nothing happens. Any ideas?

    Do you have the hand book? Does it show what to set to where for the system to operate correctly? And does this look correct according to the layout of the pipework, assuming the pipework is visible?

    We have a similar system in our 2008 Swift and there was an error in the handbook instructions, which was obvious when checking the pipework.
