Has anyone else bought one of these? What's your experience so far? Mine provides 'live updates' of location on request but doesn't send movement alerts (to the app or email) when the campervan is moving. I've contacted MatrixIQ but haven't yet had a satisfactory response. I'm not convinced it provides all the advertised functions.

It's a tracker (which you can get for a good discount on CAMC). It's primary function is recovery if the vehicle is stolen (which is free with CAMC) but its other tracking functions, and especially the alerts, are very limited, much more so than you might think from the adverts (and from the app). https://matrixiq.com/magtrack/
