Swift Sprite Panoramic window cracked

Just picked up my Sprite Major 6TD from storage which is 2 years old from new. The outside layer is cracked in two places and where the water has leaked it has cracked in the inside layer around the bottom so rain water has trickled in and some mould has built up inside. I am going to claim this under warranty but has anyone else had this problem?

    It is the panoramic sunroof/window that has cracked. I’ve put some tape on it for now but going to use clear sealant for a temporary solution

    Numerous people have experienced the same and there have been many discussions about it on this forum and others.

    We had a crack in the outer surface of our panoramic roof window, which we gaffer taped up, follow advice from our dealer, and continued to use until the window was replaced under warranty. Thankfully we had no water ingress.
