Has anyone had a rear suspension rubber buffer pad fall off and if so how did you get replacement. I am being quoted for a full unit replacement.

How old is your van and is it still within the Fiat warranty period?

Did you get your quote from a Fiat Professional garage or some other commercial vehicle workshop or a motorhome dealer?

Have you checked Fiat Ducato forums rather than camping/motorhome forums as this is very much a base vehicle issue?

Agree with TW. It’s just a base vehicle repair. The part you want is anything from £14-£30, then it’s finding a commercial garage that will be able to do the repair, so that’s labour charges. The garage has to have a workshop large enough to take a van, hence why I suggested a commercial garage. Fiat dealers and MH dealers will charge you the earth. But check warranty first.
