Can you help a first time caravan owner?

I have just brought a 2001 fleetwood Colchester 500es I am looking to buy an awning but not sure what size I need and what ones are good any help would be gratefully appreciated thank you

    Several sources suggest awning size is 935cm. You can double check yourself by running a length of string around the awning rail and down to the ground, front and back. I suppose the first thing to decide is if you want a pole supported awning or an air awning, both have their pros and cons…something to look into. Isabella awnings are very good, but they do demand a high price. Best thing might be to go to a dealer and have a good look at them. It might well end up being a balance between cost and quality. Of course, you might find one that suits your needs, therefore you could check out the second hand market, the proviso being to make sure it’s sound and all the parts are present. Hope this helps 👍
