I want to buy a new battery for my Bailey caravan but not sure out of the huge number of batteries what type I need. My particular concern is that it drives my caravan motor mover over my gravel drive and dosn't lose the power when I am using it for difficult terrain. Also what battery charger will I need? what specifications?

Buy the same type and size in terms of AH as is already fitted unless you feel the need for a bigger capacity. Make sure of physical dimensions.

If you don’t already have a battery charger just buy whatever you fancy compatible with the battery.

A 100 amp hour battery will do the job just check it will fit into the battery box, as for charging you should not have problem as it sounds like you keep it on your drive and the caravan has a fitted charger you just need a conversion lead ie 13 amp plug to a 16 amp socket, also when traveling to the site the car will charge the battery as well. and if you have a pitch with electric you top up the battery after maneuvering on to your pitch

@BrianBooth You could also have a solar panel on your Bailey, depending on how old it is, which would keep your battery topped up at home.
