Hi all first time poster in need of some assistance.
I bought a 2nd hand fiamma caravan store Xl with side & front panel with the fast clip CS poles. Unfortunately it didn’t come with any instructions & an internet (Google & YouTube) trawl has failed to source anything useful.ive re contacted the seller and am waiting on response.
Today I’ve had a trial run with the side panels & worked out, I think, how it all fits together.
However my issue is that once I’ve put out the roof (why did we ever bother with full awnings previously??) I can’t get the side panel poles to fit in the space they should. They both appear to be about an inch too long.
After much faffing about I’ve admitted defeat before I reached for the hacksaw ( still an option )
I think I’ve got the ends in the correct places but I’ve been reduced to guess work & “that looks right.”
Unfortunately I can’t find how to attach any images of my conundrum.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I’m hoping to use it fully fitted out for some additional guests in 2 weeks.
Thanks, Andy

I have a Fiamma Zip awning which is basically similar. Yes, the side panel poles are a bit fiddly to fit. It helps if someone can pull (or push) the awning out a bit further at the same time once it has been fully extended so that the pole will go in. It does need a fairly hefty push to extend the awning that extra inch. The poles don’t slip in easily.1
