Experaince freedom booking help

We are members at the CAMC and have current membership. Wanting to book my parents onto a glamping pod at one of the sites and i understand we can get a discount for them. However when i am trying to book it via the experience freedom website it is not letting me log into the site to book with my CAMC log in details to get them the discount.

Is this a separate membership does anyone know ?

    Have booked it online as popped membership number in it took 20 percent off will just call up tomorrow to confirm it is all done properly
