Hi all,

Do we still get a discount for being members on the M6 toll or is it no longer a thing,

    A far as I am aware, the C&mC discount is no longer available.

    I don't think its been in place for some years now. I think the Toll Booths are now all automatic and unmanned? You used to have to show your membership card. Having said that, in my view, its still worth the cost as its far less busy that the alternative M6 and there is a good Services at Norton Canes.

    I would not worry about using the toll. In 2022 from late January to the end of September we travelled from Merseyside to Devon every 3 or 4 weeks and did not use it. The "Smart" motorways system in operation does have a big problem regarding no hard shoulder, but also a big advantage. The variable speed limits in operation meant we never hit traffic congestion.

    No you don't get a discount nowadays AFAIA.
