Not a very user friendly survey
Yesterday the club sent me a survey supposedly to get my views on the club. Today I thought I would spend the 10 minutes they estimated completing it. One of initial questions asked roughly how many nights you had spent in your RV in the UK in the last year. There were a number of boxes to tick with a range of numbers. I ticked the one I thought represented the number we had spent in the UK. The next page requested a rough break down of site types, CL, both clubs, commercial etc. I filled these in with numbers I though right, but it told me I had exceeded the figure I had selected on the previous page and refused to carry on. Assuming I had made a mistake and touched the wrong box I tried to go back but it said previous answers couldn’t be modified.
As a result I abandoned the survey and they won’t be getting one from me. I did try to start again but it will not let you. It seems strange that when they are asking for rough figures, they then hold you to them exactly.
