Has anyone had issues with turbos on the new Fiat chassis

We took collection of a brand new Pilote motorhome on a Fiat chassis mid Oct 2024.

It was on the road 4 months and covered 1700 miles before going into limpmode. Recovered by Fiat assist after them diagnosing a turbo actuator fault.

The recovery company dropped the vehicle on its rear end when taking it off the truck causing damage to the rear panels.

We are now over 7 weeks off the road and told we need a new turbo, how is this even possible after 1700 miles.

The new turbo is due for delivery at the end of May, then has to be fitted and then the damage repaired. In total the motorhome will be off the road in excess of at least 3 months! And Fiat think this is acceptable!

Several issues with the garage themselves, not least being told “well you can complain but it gets sent to me so there is no point”, and equally as poor customer service from Fiat.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating, has anyone else had similar issues. We are desperately trying to find done help!
