Ambient lighting in Bailey Unicorn Cabrera Deluxe 2025
We are on our maiden voyage in our lovely new Unicorn Cabrera Deluxe. Hope there is someone out there who knows how to get the ambient lighting to work. I’ve fiddled with the remote controller for about five hours now and simply cannot find out how to turn the lights off or change which lights are on or off in the living area. Any help gratefully received.

I am not familiar with that particular model of caravan but almost universally caravans and motorhomes require the 12v master switch to be on for lights, and other 12v appliances to work? Is there a separate switch?

I am lucky enough to have a 2025 Unicorn Seville and after two trips have given up trying to understand the internal lighting system!
The zig bee remote control is baffling (to me) and the hand book is (to me) bewildering. I am glad the lighter nights are now here.
Does anybody know wher I can find a simple explanation?

I'm glad it isn't just us! First proper trip away and after much trial and error I think I've worked most of it out! I agree the handbook isn’t user friendly at all and the remote isn't intuitive!
To power on the lights press the on button on the remote. They should come on at the last setting.
Press 1 and then on or off for above cabinet lighting you can then adjust colour by pressing the star button and sliding your finger over the colours
Press 2 and then off or on to operate under cabinet lighting
Press 3 and then off or on for ceiling spots
You can have more than one set on at the same time
4 does not seem to do anything?
Brightness adjustment are the four buttons around the on button.
I'm guessing you can program your favourites into S1, S2&S3 but I haven't worked that out yet!
Hope this helps.

Hi folks, we've just taken delivery of a Cadiz, and can say Craig D, has got it right enough. However, you also dim the lights, more precisely by using the button in the middle of the colour dial. Select the zone you want to adjust, then press, and holdthis button,(with the lightbulb on), it will adjust up and down to suit, a bit like the button in the bedroom.
As far as the dealers go, they probably are no wiser than us, and the handbook, isn't particularly informative,is it? The adjustment is good though, I don't think the preset buttons go dim enough.
Ads an aside, we have one strip light that works opposite colours to the others, so it's yellow when all the others are white ..doh! As homer Simpson might say. We'll just stick it in the middle
Sorry for rambling but hope you enjoy your new van,
Cheers, Bernard0
