Awning Rail Stoppers

We have a Bailey Caravan and have just got a roll away inflatable canopy, the stoppers we got don’t fit into the rail.
can anyone recommend any for a Bailey, or know what diameter we would need?
Thanks so much.

We have had a similar problem with our Fiamma awning. It came with small cylindrical slide in stoppers, they call them bullets, that are held in place by a screw.
They fitted fine in our last two caravans, one of which was a Bailey, but not with our new Bailey. This leads me to think that its not the awning rail thats the problem, but how its been fitted
I got over the problem by squirting silicon lubricant into the rail, and then gently knocking to stopper along the rail with a small hammer.
You could try them, and can find them below.
Other than that, I would go back to the retailer and ask their advice

thanks that’s really helpful, I’ve been hunting around and can’t seem to find any with a screw less that 4mm…

I have a pair of stoppers as linked to in TimboC's post. Happy to post them if you contact me via www.caravantravels.co.uk. Don't want anything for them but suggest a donation to the next charity box you pass.

Hi David,
That’s so kind of you, I’ll get in touch if my local caravan shop doesn’t have the ones I’ve tracked down.
really appreciatedRachel :)

just found this string. Have a Bailey caravan, just bought an inflatable roll-up canopy and — no, the awning stoppers won’t go in the rail. Did the OP resolve the problem, please?
