Air Fryers Tips and Recipes Wanted

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you all know that we now have air fryers in the Club Shop. If you've been thinking about adding one to your caravan or motorhome kitchen, now's the perfect time to check them out, with a discount for Club members.
For those of you already cooking with an air fryer, we’d love to hear your tips, tricks, and favourite recipes. What’s your go-to meal or snack when you're on the move? Personally, I love crispy sweet potato fries and quick roasted veggies. They’re so easy to whip up and save on washing up too!
Also, if you’ve got any handy advice for cooking in the small space of a caravan kitchen, please share! Do you have a favourite type of air fryer, or specific settings you swear by? Or maybe a recipe that works perfectly for a quick, tasty dinner after a long day out and about?
Looking forward to hearing your ideas and recipes. 🍽️ 😊

We bought a smaller Air Fryer (thank you Aldi) for our MH last year, just haven’t been able to get out there and use it☹️ We do have a dual drawer Ninja at home. Love home made fries, simply chip a couple of potatoes, toss in some seasoning and give them a blast. We are experimenting with other things as well for “fries”………can highly recommend Butternut Squash and Celeriac “chips”. Take around 20 mins at 200c. Something else we like to do in air fryer is Gnocchi. The Rana brand stuffed gnocchi is best, but simple gnocchi works just as well. 180c for about 10 minutes, shake every 3 mins. We mix this in with other air fried veg (Butternut squash, parsnips, carrots, shallots, peppers, mushrooms, do hard veg around 25 mins, soft stuff for around 10 mins, pre season, shake as you go) Mix with gnocchi, drizzle of some kind of sauce, or some lemon mayo. Add some salmon or tuna steaks for a main meal.
