Has any body have experience of using Zolia.bv regarding bespoke towing mirrors?
Has anyone dealt with Zolio.bv for bespoke mirrors? I ordered two sets—one for my VW Touareg and one for my wife’s VW California. One set arrived, but the other has vanished into the abyss.
Apparently, DPD sent one set back to Zolio (no idea why), and now Zolio claims they’re waiting for its return before sending a replacement. Alternatively, they’ve generously offered that I buy another set, and they’ll refund me if the original ones eventually make it back.
Twelve days later, nothing has moved. Great mirrors, but I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

You may have a problem. .bv is the internet location for Bouvet Island, an uninhabited glaciated island in the Antarctic. Your mirrors may have gone there.

You have a contract for the supply of two sets of mirrors. It is totally irrelevant whether the suppliers get the mirrors back or not, they have to supply the mirrors and what happened is between them and DPD who I assume they selected.
Point out they have a legal duty to supply the mirrors as ordered and as they are likely to be lost then it is duty to supply another set. If they do not then given they are in Holland it would be difficult to pursue further but you can put the service out on social media to warn others.

Is it possible the second set are held up in Customs somewhere, given that we are no longer in the EU. I am not sure how easily parcel post operate between the two systems?
