Joint Membership Problems
My husband and I are joint members of the club and have been for sometime, we recently added the CAMC app to our smart phones and have encountered a problem which we wonder if anyone else has come accross.
My husband is the lead member and I am the joint member. When making bookings on either app only my husband's bookings show on his app and only my bookings show on mine, perversely when looking on the websites only his bookings show up on "My Profile" whoever logs in.
I just can't understand why the bookings can't be merged using the membership number so we can both see at a glance all of our bookings.
I have spoken to the club and the response is "that's just the way the system works". I have now emailed the technical department and am awaiting a reply for them.
It would be interesting to know if anyone else has had this problem.

Why not make your bookings via only one login and then you wouldn't have this issue?
I may be wrong but I thought it used to be the case that only the lead member could make bookings🤷🏻♂️

@Breadh10 I really can't see a problem, or perhaps not a large enough problem to be bothered about? I don't book a site without checking with Mrs C, and the other way round as well. We both agree on a date, location… and then we book. For me personally whether booking can be merged or not desn't really matter one bit.
If Mrs C, or I, want to know when we booked she (I) will use the web based login in to find out either on a computer or other device. Actually as soon as we book we put it into our google calendar and usually check there.
Now if the booking system could put it into calendar automatically as some other booking systems do that would be be even better but that's a different thread.
