Hi everyone,

I've posted this in the website member testing group but in case anyone missed this or there's anyone not signed up the the group (if so please sign up!) who would like to take part, please see below:

We'd love to find some tourer caravanners to help us improve our website!

One hour sessions will take place on Tuesday 25 March in East Grinstead and virtual/remote sessions on Wednesday 26 March.Places are limited: if selected to take part, you'll receive a cash thank you (and travel expenses for East Grinstead based sessions).

    I would be interested but am unable to make it to EG, and will be out and about when the online sessions are going on. I would suppose that this is the case for many who post on here.

    If I was around I would register but like NTH we will be out and about, so sorry, I won't be available.

    We are over 400 miles away so I doubt I could justify the club covering the cost of getting there.

    Which is why they are only paying the travel costs of those who live within an hours drive, and providing an online option for everyone else. Click on the link.

    As @TimboC says it's not both you have to attend , it either at EG or online.

    This form is to register your interest to take part in a user research session on either Tuesday 25th or Wed 26th March.

    There will be sessions that take place in our Club main office in East Grinstead (RH19 1UA), and there will also be some online sessions for members who cannot get to East Grinstead.

    Perhaps they have made the online times when they know that there will only be suitable for those that only go out in their units occasionally, as they are certainly no good for the such as ourselves who are out away most of the year and like to be out doing things and no sat in front of a computer screen during the day!?

    @nelliethehooker I suspect the daytime is used because that is when the staff at HQ actually work? There might be all sorts of reasons why the Club can't do it out of normal office hours? Many businesses do a lot of background computer updating during that time. The Club have offered two options which I think is pretty reasonable.
