Must have items?

What's your must have item that you need to take with you on a trip away?

One of mine has to be the remote for my diesel heater. I have the heater built into a box that gets left outside and then the hot air is blown into the tent via ducting. It means I can camp all year round regardless of the temperature but, I once forgot (didn't look hard enough for it) the remote for the heater so I couldn't change the temperature from inside the tent. Instead, I had to regulate the temperature by opening and closing the windows. Truly, a first world problem!

Our twin tub washer/spinner, as most of our trips over a week in length on CLs and is a lot easier than having to find a laundrette.

A pre cooked chilli, defrosting in the sink. 5 minutes on the hob, with some microwave rice, and we're enjoying a good meal in no time at all

Some great answers on here! I'm a big fan of induction over gas, especially for cooking outside as wind doesn't affect the efficiency. And taken frozen meals that have been cooked at home, it makes it so much easier after a long day!
