I wish we had been told that earlier as we booked our tickets earlier.

We were at the show on Thursday 6th Feb and were very surprised that there was no club presence. Been going for 20 yrs and you have always been there.

We went yesterday and thought the same. Given both big clubs were sponsoring the event and neither appeared seemed very odd.

It was not very well attended and one firm did say they were unhappy. The displays of caravans was very limited with local dealers Duncan's having only three and others looked to have cut back in favour of motorhomes. There was only one Coachman and very few Eldiss here, and Hobby who normally show were missing. The sheer number of motorhomes was probably far too many for the number of buyers and the balance between them and other things needed was gone.

Unless the attendance is up for the final two days, I do wonder if it will be back next year or exhibitors will say no more. The promotors need to look more at getting numbers of different things far better.

@Wildwood I wonder if the lack of firms demonstrating there is because the cost of hiring a stand is too high compared to the returns that they get from future sales. It is also much easier to get M/Hs there than caravans hence the higher numbers.

Large number of statics on display and they must be even more difficult to get there and furnish than trailer caravans.
