Aerial keeps tilting when Motorhome is on site

teleplus aerial keeps tilting not going level on Motorhome . Any suggestions on fixing ?

    noticed John H had the same problem and had mentioned a rivet which appears to be intact on my aerial . Did he drill it out and used a self tapping screw
