Did many of you watch this series, which has just ended, on Channel Four? This is how IMBd describe the series "Against the backdrop of the historic city of York, detective Bea Metcalf forms an unlikely duo with young autistic police archivist Patience Evans, opening a door into a whole new world for Patience." It seems to be similar to a French programme called Astrid in Paris but I have not seen that so can't compare. It is set in York, Rowntree Park even features in one drone shot. I have to say I enjoyed the series and as someone who knows little about autism I found it quite instructive. Mark Benton plays the head policeman who appears remarkably casually dress for such a rank in some episodes!

I found the series got off to a fairly weak start, as I always had comparisons to Astrid in mind. As the series progressed it did improve and I did enjoy it. You must watch Astrid.
