Hi all,

New member here (well in truth a rejoining member)

Joined at the beginning of January, and haven't received anything in the post.

Should I have received membership cards/site directory/magazine or is that now a thing of the past??

    I believe that the membership cards are purely digital now unless you request a physical card.

    The cards are accessible via the app and can be put into your apple wallet (don’t know about android I’m afraid)

    I’m not sure what’s sent out other that the club mag and site book/map (which is being sent to member currently)

    @Lancs Trigano Hi, and welcome back. We have been members for many years and always request a copy of the Site Directory. This year it has not arrived and when I phoned up a second time last week I was told that they are not sending out any more new copies until the end of the month, so perhaps this is why you have not received your copy. I agree with @Tinwheeler that it would be best if you gave the membership department a ring on 01342318813.

    Possibly a bit early to worry, but it looks a bit slow. There are serious delays with Royal Mail in some areas which might be the problem..
