Club "Regions" - now "Divisions"

Maybe I missed the announcement, or maybe there wasn't one to miss, however at some point in 2024 the groupings of English local Centres into what were "Regions" are now into "Divisions"

I deliberately reference English Centres as Ireland, Scotland and Wales were already individually grouped as Divisions.

Purely out of passing curiosity, is the change of Region to Division naming simply to adopt a single naming convention throughout all regions (as in all countries)?

    `I think I have read somewhere that this was brought about due to Club's constitional changes.

    In practice it seems to make no real difference, it is just a name change.
