     Great news, micky. Hope they are able to soon start on their projects and that there are plenty of volunteers to help them. It will of course take many years for their plans to come to fruition. 

    Did you see that The Wildlife Trust in partnership with Northumberland Wildlife Trust have launched a bid to buy the Rothbury Estate. They have bought the first tranche of the 3,800-hectare estate, and are now appealing for the public to help raise £30 million to secure the whole site, whis is thought to be the largest piece of contiguous land in England to go on the market in the last 30yrs.
