Amending Bookings Beware

Just attempted to amend a booking on line but when the new outstanding balance appeared it did not calculate my original deposit of £20.00 but instead only deducted £5.00. I had to ring the call centre to get the balance corrected. "I'll flag it up" said the call handler. If the balance had been a greater amount it could have possibly gone unnoticed,so ammenders beware.
