Hello all.

Looking to see if any of you have had this very strange problem.

We have a brand new Bailey caravan with the Truma 2e combi boiler in it, with 4 separate air ducts coming from it and the warm air outlet in the bedroom at the rear of the caravan is not working. I know from looking at forums that this is usually a disconnected hose somewhere, but when I actually look at the boiler itself, I can feel that the pipe coming from the boiler that feeds the bedroom is cold, even when the others are hot. Which says to me that the air isn't even coming out of the boiler in the first place.

Obviously I will get this looked at under warranty, but if there's a fix that anyone could suggest now that the colder months are upon us, I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

I seem to recall, either from our present caravan or before, that there was a lever that diverted more warm air one way than the other to balance things out, that could be it? Have you checked the instruction manual? Sorry if you have.

    Thanks.

Theres a pair of outlets on the left hand a pair on the right. Only one of the outputs on the right is not working, which just doesn't seem right. Can't see a lever though.

It sounds that as there is heat coming from the unit that outlet is either switched off in some way or the air filter may be clogged up, or a simple reset might work. Sorry I can't be more help but as it's brand new have a word with the dealer?
