Hello,

I installed a new pump yesterday and after having a shower for the first time with the new pump, I then had water all in the area under the seat where the tank is and going through to the bathroom area under the wall. The previous pump was the previous owners and in its way out. I have checked his original advert and he said that he'd previously removed the surge limiter, I'm not sure why he did this. I'm just drying the area out again, but here's some photos of the system. Di s anyone have any ideas as to what the problem my might be. I've tightened all the jubilee clips and can't see any crack in any of the pipes.

You need to publish more detail if you need advice; Is the pump an external one working from the barrel, or internal screwed into the caravan? Is the pump turned on via a water pressure switch or via a micro switch in your taps? I’m confused by your reference to jubilee clips because our internal pipes have always been semi rigid connected by push fit couplings because they won’t deform/ crush when held with a jubilee clip. External pipe connections on soft/ flexible pipes are held in place with stainless steel ear clips. Any pump feeds your water heater which has a pressure relief/ drain valve which discharges underneath the caravan and will drip continuously if it’s faulty - not on the floor.
