2023 Adria Alpina underfloor heating

Took delivery of 2023 Adria Colorado last month. Adria & dealers promote the caravan has underfloor heating but no one explains where the controller is located. The generic manual is as good as a chocolate tea pot. Searched high & low but not found it. Anyone out there able to enlighten me please

    Have you actually asked the dealer?  I find it hard to believe that they don't know where the switch is.  Even if they don't, surely they can ask Adria directly?? I would have thought a quick phone call would have sorted it.

    That said, the U/F heating switch in our Knaus was in a daft place originally - underneath the front nearside settee on the side of the Shaudt power controller.  It meant lifting the seat to switch it on which was a bit of a faff - plus there was no obvious indication as to whether or not it was switched on. I put another switch in - on the side of the settee - just inside the door- immediately obvious and a really simple mod to carry out.

    Got no sense from dealer. Had to correct sales on handover and no advice given re underfloor heating, raised issue of jacking the van with no jack supplied and inaccessible jacking points with motor movers fitted. Sales director advised any jack can be used anywhere on chassis or use the steadies! So looking for reliable info. No response to date to my emails to  Adria or alko
