Shower trim

The trim on the outside of our shower doesn't quite meet and so exposes the wood underneath (it is protected by the door when in use though). It seems to be needing some sort of clip on seal cover but we've never had one and I can't find a suitable part on line. Could anyone advise me on what I'm actually looking for? Our caravan is a Swift Coastline if that helps.
