Amending site booking

Can anyone tell me if I've amended a site booking once (same site, but date change & paid a cancellation fee) whether I can amend it again to change dates & site within 21 days of the amended date without penalty? I've got myself in a muddle. Thanks 🙏.

    I would assume if you are deleting / moving a booked date there would be a penalty to pay again. However if you are  just adding a day there wouldn’t.
