Site Wardensthe sites
Hi all
For the last 2 years we have stayed on a club seasonal pitch, first year was fantastic, really helpful wardens and site well maintained, last year same site with different wardens, who we found to be very lapse in site maintenance and turned very sour when questioned as to the the why they didn’t cut grass etc, which in turn led to me making several complaints to the club which were basically fobbed off.
We really like the site as it’s extremely convenient and suits our needs, so today before before decided to rebook I contacted the club to ask if the same wardens would be returning, the answer was there was no information available on this and suggested I wait until the site opened in March and ask the wardens who they were !!
I was then transferred to the seasonal team who told me they wouldn’t be able to tell ma as it would breach data protection !! I said I don’t want they names I just want to know if it’s new wardens or not.
Am I making an unreasonable request or should we as club members be entitled to know who will be wardens on the sites we pay for.
At just under £2000 for this years seasonal pitch it’s a large sum to pay for unsatisfactory service.
