hi can I ask is anyone else having the same problem as me trying to make a booking ? The site as been off line for a number of days try again this weekend guess what no better. I’m sure the people in IT are the people that set up the fiasco at the post office. ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH . The club increase membership then tell us they are doing us a favour by lowering the pitch fees on pitchers we cannot book because the “system is down” again . Trying to phone the booking service no joy probably because there are loads of people like me who can’t book on line. I’m having second thoughts about my renewal in April I think I might try the caravan and camping club.

    Have you read the threads about the attack on CAMC’s systems? If not, I suggest you do to familiarise yourself with the events which were beyond CAMC’s control.

    Here we go again the web site says we can now book on line ! Well no we cannot get to booking and all of a sudden “we’ve lost you” AGAIN . So let’s try ringing someone wait for an eternity and bingo we are on . I would like to book a “drop down price” please for July answer no there will not be any drop down price in July and August . So the younger people with children who we supposedly want in the club don’t get a look in . Let’s just look after the old guard who have plenty money anyway mmmmmmm.When is a Club not a club ???

    Not quite getting the gist of where you are struggling knp to be honest🤷‍♀️ Is the booking system not working for you when you try and book, or are you upset at the prices for families in the Summer holiday months? No sure what you mean by a “drop down price”. Happy to try and help a bit if I can, is it the App or the website you are trying?

    Or are you saying there are no special offers in July/August?

    Have you contacted CAMC via the Contact Us link at the foot of the page, knp? You might get more info and help that way.
