It’s more a case of where do you want to go. You give no clue as to your location but there will be a site waiting for you wherever choose.

    Enjoy your van.

Just pick an area, then a site, be it a club site or a CL, and go for it. Never too early or late to go away.

We purchased our Campervan at the end of November and want go away in it. We have previously owned 4 caravans and a Motorhome, and we wouldn’t normally consider going away at this time of year, due to the short days and colder weather. So we are avidly looking at the weather forecasts for some favourable weather. Any advice anyone?

Wonder if runners (OP) picked somewhere to go this holiday. Although as the weather has been "not very good" perhaps they did right in postponing their first outing until there is a promise of better weather {should that ever materialise}!!😁

Sites with good access to Cities are good in winter. You can always find an indoor activity if it is wet and horrible.
