Thetford fridge wiring help

Hello everybody

I've a problem with my bailey Olympus 2011 thetford fridge, model N112 - N42F50L1P.

It was working fine but during transit it seems my internal light cover fell off and some tin foil shorted it out undecided yeah I know you couldn't make it up haha. But I think I've traced it to the top of the fridge where the cables connect (see pics).

Looks like a resistor has burnt out but I am struggling to find any info on it so any help greatly appreciated 👍

    It’s not easy to see whether it’s resistor or not from the photo. If you take the sleeving off the device we may be able to identify it better.
