Arrived Saturday at the beautiful Cirencester Club site reception staff were helpful and provded a map with clear instructions about parking and a diagram. The site was clean and tidy.  We found a lovely spot on a corner with space for our dogs and followed the instructions.  All was well until Monday.  We arrived home at around 4.30pm, as I was relaxing in the caravan I was suddenly started by a knock on my window and a face peering at me. I went out to speak to her and was told that we had parked our car wrongly and we needed to move it but we could have our tea first! When I said but we followerd the instructions on the map I was told the map was out of date and that she was asking all the cars to move. I apologised prufusely feeling rather intimidated by her officiousness.  It wasn't until she left that I felt affronted by her rudenss. Peering into my window, accusing me of parking wrongly, giving me permission to eat my tea, and telling me off rather than apologising for a mistake on theire part.  The family next to me had the same treatment and were equally offended calling her officious and pointing out how their diagram about correct parking had even been ringed in pen. I thinks some customer training is necessary to prevent this member of staff from changing the lovely relaxed atmosphere established by the other staff.
