Toilet not flushing Bailey Merida

Pressing the button of our Thetford C260 toilet  - nothing! Particularly annoying as have never has a problem and caravan was serviced a couple of weeks ago! When I spoke to the dealer was told that the pump can fail any time so will have to have a new one . Just seems a bit too much of a coincidence to me !  Have read numerous you tube videos but as the switch is on the back wall of the van beside the toilet and the pump isn’t visible. Any tips gratefully received.

    We used to have a Bailey Senator that had the same problem. It turned out to be a poor (corroded) connection. It was one of the cables/connectors inside the actual cassette aperture. Might be worth checking.

    Had a very similar problem. The pump is accessed by peeling the soft plastic where the red button is then once that is out of the way you simply pull the pump out as shown. It may just be seized. Look at this video

    Do you have a separate flush tank?

    Flush button on wall sounds like our previous van where flush water was drawn directly  from  Aquaroll.
