Help with dog worming tablets when going abroad

Can anyone offer any good advice of veterinary services to use nearish the channel tunnel , with good parking facilities for a large Motorhome . 
we are planning a trip abroad with 2 dogs and need a vet to give the worming tablets before the journey home .
