ULEZ /Clean air conformity

Our motorhome was registered new in may 2016. The base vehicle is a Mercedes 2.2 ltr  Blue efficiency diesel running  on Adblue. When checking the ULEZ compliance checker I was suprized to find it is not registered as being compliment. It states I can get the records ammended by submitting a Euro 6 conformity document obtainable from the manufactures Homologation department, Have anyone done this and how does one go about it. With low emission zones springing up all over it is a reminder to all to check and not take it for granted. Any advice please ?
