Sounds good. We have done a few event based pop up campsites down the years, mainly either off road driving events or equine events. Great fun being amongst folks who share similar enthusiasms, and there’s usually a good atmosphere in the evenings. Last one we did, turns out there was a professional Elvis tribute performer, and he was persuaded to do an impromptu evening. Never thought I’d end up watching anything like this at a campsite, but he was great fun, and really good. 😁

Ban it from here JK and it will just move to other forums. I can remember what it was like on other forums before the Club established CT! That said there is current similar comment elsewhere on the other social media platforms particularly the FB pages. If folk just ignored repetition, rather than keep on commenting, it would soon fade into the background. Even this post bumps it up a bit more.

Or the alternative to ignoring the bad apples is to stop the bad apples contaminating the decent apples in the barrel. Turning the other cheek is accepting YOU have to change YOUR life so others can continue being disruptive PD🤷🏻♂️

Well if its being raised time and again and folk are still complaining about the price and booking system, that should sound alarm bells ring in HO. So many members are not happy and feel that the club they have been a member of for so many years, feel they have been abandoned.
It doesn't bother me what a site charges because if I'm not happy to pay the price i will go elsewhere. But there are some members who feel part of the CAMC family and only ever use their sites. With the prices being charged they are starting to look around and have realised they can get good sites at better prices.
The club are trying different things to counter the affect of the appalling bad booking process and new T&Cs but is it working. High prices and bad experiences are all over CT and other platforms in complaints.

AD I did say that in my opinion it was good value and to be honest with the facilities provided by the golf club and the proximity to the entrance to the circuit I would be happy to pay more. However happy to accept your opinion as I hope you do mine.

Repeated?, I’m no wiser but you’ve started a chain reaction now KJ. I never mentioned repeated. My post was a stand alone post. You have interjected TG has picked it up & is continuing it & I am left bemused🤷🏻♂️
