We're both devastated ..... had to have Molly put to sleep this afternoon. Jeremy Clarkson once described the death of your dog as "achingly sad" .... he was right ... it is achingly sad 😢

    That’s just so awful, ED. We’ve been there ourselves and know how empty everything feels.

    Been there a few months ago with ours , so I know your emotions, they will be missed but always in our memories.

    Very sad for you Emilysdad, hope the kind words from folks on here will comfort you. It's such a distressing event but you will have treasured memories.

    ED - so sorry for you.  You must be devastated - I know I would be.  Just keep thinking about all the lovely times you have all had together.

    ED - so sorry to read the news about Molly. We've been there several times and it never gets any easier no matter how many times you tell yourself you've made the right decision.  But you will always have so many happy memories to cherish of your times away together. Will be thinking for you.

    So sorry to hear that you've had to say goodbye to Molly.  As already said, many of us have been there and it's such a terrible time.

    Our heart felt sympathies to you and your family for your loss. Been there a number of times and to say it’s never easy, doesn’t even touch the sides! I’ve taken comfort from the poem about Rainbow Bridge, so hope it helps you, should you decide to read it 😔

    So Sorry ED, we have lost 2 in 12 months so know how you feel, it is the walking around and seeing dogs that look just like your loved one that is the killer, we bumped into one last week it was a sort of rescue dog but was the spit of Rufs and he just came and sat on my feet gutted !
