Insurance claim rejected- HELP!!

Hi everyone, 

I'm very new to this site and to caravan life in general. Last December there was a leak in my van, the site team guided me through the insurance claim process and just last week I was informed of the outcome- DENIED. So now I've got a van that I'm paying £8000 in site fees for, that I can't use. I've asked to appeal the claim but they don't offer an. Appeals process, I've asked what other options I have, but the insurers are no longer communicating and the site has seemingly washed their hands of it. I'm devastated and completely unsure of what to do because this is very new territory.

Can anyone suggest anything that I might be able to do to resolve the situation?!?
