Certainly, the bargin pitches are the non electric ones and they are not all on CLs or CSs. 😉 Thank goodness they are still to be found, they are great for short stays and breaks. Being not so popular, they are also more readily available for short notice get aways, just like this one

Plenty of space as well when you have motorhomes using them without awnings and all for less than £14 per night at a prime location.

@peedee Hope you are having a good stay - is that the CCC St Neots site ?

I was booked there this time last year on a grass non-electric pitch and nearly all the pitches in your photo were either under water or waterlogged. To their credit, CCC switched my booking to a hardstanding WITH electric for the same discounted price that I had paid for grass - what a result !

Yes tis St Neots, just over an hour from home so great for a last minute get away and a great place to visit with everything close by. Got a 40 percent discount on the stay and what I save on site fees pays for visits to town, iced coffees and brunch in the Ambience Cafe in the park yesterday and planning on lunch in The Bridge today after a walk along the river side. Site is busy, nearly full last night.
