Can't get it
Am I the only one that finds the website impossible to navigate.
I tried to amend a booking but all that happens is it then wants to charge me double.
I have been unable to use the site to book breaks and have to phone.
Originally I found the website easy to navigate now for me it's a cluster ??¿?

I know some folk are having issues, however so far I have not experienced any. In the first few days back in September everything took ages, although recently I have made bookings very quickly. I have managed to amend one without issue and the auto balance payment worked as it should on a recent stay.
If you can be more specific about your problems and indicate what device and operating system you are using, perhaps someone can help.
