Alternate site booking

Does anyone know how you change to an alternative site on the new booking system. We have booked a long weekend away at a club site and paid a deposit but now decided we would prefer to go to another site on the same weekend instead so need to amend the site but cannot work out how to do it. With the old system you just cancelled and then chose the option alternative site and then rebooked but don’t know now with the deposit system .

    Cancel the first site, reclaim deposit if outside 21 day period,, and rebook.

    If outside the 21 days just cancel and rebook, as your original deposit will get refunded.  I assume, but don’t know, if inside you would have to phone and sort it out. As long as the new booking is for the same days you shouldn’t loose your deposit.

    If you booked online and you're within the 21 days phone the call centre, they should help ok.

    Thanks will try that as it’s for the weekend after Easter

    Please let us know how you get on with the rebooking.

    I ask because we have had to change our booking for Wyatts Covert site for the same dates as yourselves. The call centre informed us that we were outside the 21day limit, so lost our deposit. 

    We have had to rebook Wyatts Covert for the later date, paying a new deposit.
