    Thanks for posting the link Nell.

    We have booked our Pullman trip for this year, Ely to Carlisle via Settle.  Steam (Duchess of Sutherland) will be from Crewe to Carlisle.

    Sounds like a fine trip, OP. Will you be going over the Ribblehead Viaduct on the route from Settle to Carlisle?

     Good 'evans Nellie surprised  What made you think that i'd use a train for anything other than shifting bricks, concrete and rubble over to Nor Folk (!) to help those coastal people losing houses to the North  Sea wink
