Battery not charging on ehu

Hello there . I'm hoping I can get some help on the problem I'm having in regards to my battery. I have charged and had battery tested and all the signs are showing it OK but when I connect caravan to car or ehu the volts start dropping instantly . Now I'm not sure if it the battery that ruined or if it something to do with my van . Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks .
