I've not had any messages to say that this thread has been updated, so apologies for the delay, but in answer to the question, I wrote a process to read all the CL info by iterating through the pages accessible from the CL search page at <CAMC web>/uk-holidays/uk-search-and-book/certificated-locations/search/. The process follows the links for each CL and downloads the web page as a text file. A second process then reads the text files and generates CSVs for CLs with and without EHU which I upload to Google Maps. If you can let me know what format POIs for satnavs take, I'll see if I can output that as well. My output files for Google Maps have the latitude and longitude for each CL and I think that's the data you want?

A .CSV file should be ok for most sat navs or even .KML Conversion software is available to download free to change either of those formats to one suitable for a sat nav. That is a lot of clever work you have done @Alan191, thanks. Its a nice work around for the lack of updates to the C&mC's POIs. I would be happy with either of the above formats and have downloaded your .KML files to play with .
