Unable to book sites for 2023 on 30 November

I have today, 30 November, attempted to book sites for next June. I have tried to use both the app and the website on several occasions. All I get are error messages and have been unable to complete any booking. I have been a member for almost 30 years and in all these years I never had any problem booking sites which could be done usually very quickly. We went to Sandringham in October and I had great trouble booking that visit but today was far worse. Has anyone else had problems today?

What did you type in for the site name?

Have you put in your DOB (s) in? That did cause problems.

We have experienced the same, we did notice between attempts that the prices have increased quite a bit

I read on Trust Pilot yesterday in reply to a review/complaint that CAMC have experienced more increases in energy costs than expected. I think this was a 100% underestimate (just my recall, might be inaccurate) and that prices were being increased. Maybe there was a blip during the on line adjustment? I think it said previous bookings would be held at the booked price.

It would be better to read these announcements in the appropriate place ie CAMC web site!

Today, 1 December, I have at last managed to book for 2 nights in June. We use the site a lot on our journeys home and the price has increased substantially from last September (£10 extra pn). No problems at all although I still think the system is far inferior to that used before. You seem to have to put in details every time which the Club should have already got in their records. I think that perhaps something was wrong yesterday but it was most frustrating.

We booked May 23 last May. Typically prices seem to have increased by £3 / £4 a night since then.  Some larger increases can be attributed to loss of mid week discount at sites that had it out of the main holiday periods.

Don’t forget there’s an extra £1 per night if you take a hardstanding.
